  4. Half a Lettuce

  5. 4 eggs, boiled and mashed

  6. 1 cup of frozen peas

  7. 8 mushrooms, sliced

  8. 200grams of tasty cheese, grated

  9. 1 and half cups of mayonnaise

  10. 4 tablespoons of sour cream

  11. 3 teaspoons of French mustard

  12. 6 shallots

  13. Juice from half a lemon

  14. 3 tomatoes

  15. 6 rashers of Bacon

  16. Best Prepared the night before.

  17. 1. Shred lettuce and arrange in bottom of bowl.

  18. 2. Sprinkle peas, egg, mushrooms and cheese on top of the lettuce. One at a time.

  19. 3. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, shallots and lemon juice. Mix until combined.

  20. 4. Spread mayonnaise mixture over the top of cheese layer and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

  21. 5. Fry bacon until crisp and slice tomatoes into wedges. Place on top of mixture right before serving

  22. Can also add parsley to top of salad.
