  1. 3 ounces Baking chocolate

  2. 1 cup Sugar

  3. cup Flour

  4. cup Low-fat cottage cheese

  5. 3 Eggs

  6. 1 teaspoon Vanilla

  7. teaspoon Salt

  8. Powdered sugar

  1. Heat oven to 350 deg f. Over very low heat, melt chocolate, cool slightly.

  2. In a food processor, puree cheese and all other ingredients, except chocolate and powdered sugar until smooth. Add melted chocolate and blend well. Pour into lightly buttered 8 inch square pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until just set. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into 16 squares (cut pan four ways). Makes 16 serving - each serving = 107 calories, 3 g fat, 1 mg chol, 3 g protein.
