  1. 1 can College Inn ® Light & Fat Free Chicken Broth 50% Less Sodium

  2. 1 can refried beans (fat free)

  3. 1 can black beans , rinsed and drained

  4. 1-1/2 cups frozen corn

  5. 3/4 cup chunky salsa

  6. 3/4 cup cubed cooked chicken breast

  7. 1/2 cup water

  8. 2 cups shredded, low-fat sharp cheddar cheese

  9. 28 tortilla chips , divided

  1. Directions 1. Combine the first seven ingredients in a large saucepan.

  2. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

  3. Add 1 cup cheese; cook and stir over low heat until melted.

  4. Crumble half of the tortilla chips into soup bowls.

  5. Ladle soup over chips.

  6. Top each serving with two crumbled chips; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
