  1. 1 19 oz/540 tnL tin chickpeas, drained and rinsed

  2. 2 sweet red peppers, roasted , peeled, seeded and diced

  3. 2 cloves garlic, minced, or 1 head roasted garlic

  4. 2 oz feta cheese, crumbled

  5. 1/4 tsp hot red pepper sauce

  6. 1 mL

  7. Pepper 1/2 Teaspoon

  8. Salt To Taste

  1. Directions Place chickpeas in food processor and chop finely (until almost mashed).

  2. Add red peppers and garlic.

  3. Process on/off until combined but not completely pureed.

  4. Add feta cheese, hot pepper sauce and pepper and process on/off until evenly distributed.

  5. Taste and season with salt.
