  1. Bread Pudding 3 eggs

  2. 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  3. 2 teaspoons vanilla

  4. 1 pinch salt

  5. 2 1/2 cups milk

  6. 4 cup small pieces white bread; slightly dry

  7. 1 cup raisins

  8. 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  9. In bowl, combine eggs, sugar, vanilla and salt; beat until light

  10. and fluffy. Add milk; stir to blend well. In greased 8-cup baking

  11. dish, place bread, then raisins in alternating layers. Pour egg

  12. mixture on too. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Place dish in shallow pan

  13. 350 F oven for 45 minutes or until top is

  14. slightly crusty and knife inserted in centre comes out clean. Serve

  15. warm, with cream or maple syrup if desired.

  16. Yield: about 6 serving
