  1. 2 cups cooked & mashed sweet potatoes (cooled)

  2. 1 egg (beaten)

  3. 3/4 - 1 cup All purpose flour

  4. 2 tbsp Light Brown Suger

  1. Mix all ingredients together, kneading as you would biscuit dough. Roll mixture out onto a floured surface and roll into rod shaped pieces that are 1 inch in diameter. Slice pieces from rolls 3-4 inches long, place on lightly greased cookie Sheet & slightly flatten with hand. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 mins. Cool & place in air tight container till ready to nibble.
