  9. 3 tablespoons milk or cream

  10. 2 tablespoons cream-style horseradish

  11. 1/2 teaspoon sugar

  12. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  13. 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper

  14. trenchers

  15. leaf lettuce or curly endive

  16. 4 flaky crescent trenchers

  1. Tear beef into bite-sized pieces. In medium bowl, combine all salad ingredients; toss gently, In small bow, combine all sauce ingredients; blend well. Arrange lettuce over each trencher. Spoon salad evenly over lettuce; top with sauce. Serve immediately --
