  2. 1 tb Thyme

  3. 1 tb Marjoram

  4. 1 ts Freshly ground pepper

  5. Rind of 2 lemons, thinly

  6. shredded 1/2 c Parsley flakes

  1. Spread rind between 2 sheets of paper towel and let dry.

  2. Combine with remaining ingredients and store in an air-tight container.

  3. Sprinkle on chicken or pork, or use in stuffing or in a basting sauce.
