  1. 1 1/2 cups butter, softened

  2. 224 g cream cheese, softened

  3. 3 cups sugar

  4. 6 large eggs

  5. 3 cups all purpose flour

  6. 1 tsp. lemon extract

  7. 1 tsp. vanilla extract

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour a bundt pan. Cream together butter and cream cheese in a large bowl. Add sugar and beat until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Add flour, lemon and vanilla extracts. Bake about 75 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes in pan. Invert cake onto a rack and remove pan. Cool cake completely.
