  1. 1 pound lean ground beef

  2. 1 package (3 ounces) oriental noodles with pork flavor packet

  3. 1 can (14 1/2 ounces) stewed tomatoes, broken up

  4. 1 small can (8 ounces) whole kernel corn, undrained

  1. In a heavy 10-inch skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef. Drain off excess fat. Stir in the seasoning packet from noodles, the stewed tomatoes with juice, and undrained corn. Break noodles into small pieces; add to beef mixture. Bring skillet mixture to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 10 minutes, or until noodles are done.
