  1. 8 eggs

  2. 1 tub(s) (10-ounce) PHILADELPHIA Original Cooking Creme , divided

  3. 1/2 cup(s) chopped green peppers

  4. 1/2 cup(s) chopped onions

  5. 1 cup(s) chopped OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Slow Cooked Ham

  6. 8 flour tortillas (6-inch) , warmed

  1. Whisk eggs and 1/2 cup cooking creme until well blended; set aside.

  2. Cook and stir vegetables and ham in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 2 to 3 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Add egg mixture; cook 3 minutes or until set, stirring occasionally.

  3. Spread tortillas with remaining cooking creme; top with egg mixture. Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up, burrito-style.

  4. Each serving contains: 10%DV vitamin A, 10%DV vitamin C, 10%DV calcium, 10%DV iron.
