  1. 28 oz 795g Ketchup

  2. 12 oz 340g Chili sauce

  3. 1/3 cup 78ml Prepared mustard

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Dry mustard

  5. 1 1/2 cups 240g / 8 1/2oz Brown sugar - firmly packed

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Freshly ground black pepper - coarsely ground

  7. 1 1/2 cups 355ml Wine vinegar

  8. 1 cup 237ml Fresh lemon juice

  9. 1/2 cup 118ml Bottled steak sauce - thick

  10. 1 Tabasco sauce - to taste

  11. 1/4 cup 59ml Worcestershire sauce

  12. 1 tablespoon 15ml Soy sauce

  13. 2 tablespoons 30ml Salad oil

  14. 12 oz 340g Beer

  15. Minced garlic - if desired

  1. Combine all ingredients except the garlic and mix well.

  2. Pour into pint jars to store.

  3. The sauce may be stored for several weeks in the refrigerator.

  4. For longer storage, freeze in freezer.

  5. About an hour before using the sauce, add the garlic if desired.

  6. Makes 6 pints.
