  1. 1 can 10 oz rotell diced tomatoes and green chilies

  2. 1 cup budweiser

  3. 1/4 cup lemon juice

  4. 3 tbl. veg oil

  5. 2 cloves garlic minced

  6. 1/8 teasblk pepper

  7. 1-2 lbs skirt steak trim excess fat

  8. 2 medium onions sliced

  9. 1/4 thick

  10. 2 medium bell peppers sliced

  11. 1/4 " thick

  12. pam no stick spray

  13. 10 8" flour tortillas

  14. 1 cup 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese

  15. 1/2 cup sour cream

  16. 1 cup guacamole

  17. 1/2 cup taco sauce

  1. in a 9x12x2" baking dish, combine rotell,beer,lemon juice,oil,garlic,pepper, place meat in dish

  2. add the onions and bell peppers cover and refrigerate over nite

  3. or no less than 6 hours

  4. remove from marinade

  5. broil 3" from the heat source for 8 minutes

  6. pull out, baste in marinade and put back in for 7 minutes the other side medium doneness

  7. slice the beef across the grain inti thin strips

  8. spray the skillet and saute the veggies till tender

  9. for a fajita on tortillas layer meat,onions,peppers,cheese,sour cream,guacamole and taco sauce roll to close makes 10
