  1. 4 large potatoes , cubed

  2. 1 cup celery , chopped

  3. 1 cup onion , chopped

  4. 2 (11 ounce) cans creamed corn

  5. 2 (15 ounce) cans corn kernels , drained

  6. 2 (12 ounce) cans evaporated milk

  7. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  8. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  1. Cover potatoes, celery and onion with water and bring to a boil.

  2. Simmer for 20 minutes or until tender.

  3. Without draining any water, add all remaining ingredients and simmer for another 20 minutes. ?
