  1. Ingredients: 3 cups pasta shells, uncooked -- (7-1/2 ounces)

  2. 2/3 cup Italian salad dressing, low calorie

  3. 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

  4. 2 medium carrots -- sliced (1 cup)

  5. 1 medium green bell pepper -- chopped (1 cup)

  6. 1 can kidney beans -- (15 to 16 ounces)

  7. rinsed and drained 1 can garbanzo beans -- (15 to 16 ounces)

  8. 1 can Italian-style stewed or diced tomatoes --

  9. 1/2 ounces

  10. 1. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package.

  11. 2. Toss pasta and remaining ingredients. Serve warm or cold.
