  1. 2 bunches watercress

  2. 1 cup minced scallions

  3. 2 tablespoons pureed garlic

  4. 2 tablespoons strained fresh lemon juice

  5. 3 cups room temperature fat free cream cheese

  6. 1 cup fat free plain yogurt

  7. 1 teaspoon kosher salt

  1. Preparation : Combine cream cheese, yogurt, lemon juice, and salt in a food processor. Process to mix well. Add remaining ingredients-mix well. Cover and chill for at least one hour or up to 4 days.. Serve slightly chilled, with assorted dippers to the side.
