  2. 1 anchovy, or 1 tsp anchovy paste

  3. 1 cup extra virgin olive oil

  4. 1 garlic clove

  5. 1 thyme sprig, leaves only, chopped

  6. 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  7. Bottle with stopper for storage
