  1. 30 Large (1 inch) Marshmallows one 12 oz. bag of Chocolate chips 2 Tbsp. Shortening 12 Graham Crackers-crushed 15 Candy Sticks (short)

  1. Melt Chocolate Chips and shortening in Microwavable pie dish for one minute on high. Stir until smooth. (If the some of the chips have not melted, microwave on low for 15 second intervals and stir.) While chips are melting, put two marshmellows on each stick, leaving room at the bottom to hold your treat! Set aside. Place crushed Graham Crackers on a plate. Dip marshmallows (only) in chocolate, then roll in graham crackers and place on a waxed paper lined cookie sheet. Place leftover chocolate in a resealable bag. Cut tip of bag and drizzle over your kabob. Chill for 15 minutes or until chocolate hardens. Keep chilled until ready to serve. Yield: serves 15 Notes: Rocky Road lovers can add nuts instead of crushed graham crackers
