  1. 1 litre

  2. 1 cup brown rice

  3. 1/2 cup 1/4 tsp. cardamom

  4. 1/2 cup condensed

  5. 10 gms

  1. Cook the rice.

  2. Add milk, condensed milk and sugar to rice.

  3. Mix well.

  4. Let is boil till payasam thickens.

  5. Add cardamom powder and raisins.

  6. Stir the payasam.

  7. Serve hot or cold.
