  2. coriander leaves

  3. 1 (small) onion, (chopped fine)

  4. 1 (small) cucumber, (grated)

  5. 1 (small) tomato, (chopped fine)

  6. 1 tsp. oil

  7. 1 tsp. mustard seeds

  8. Salt

  9. pepper

  1. Mix the yogurt/curds, onions and tomatoes, cilantro/

  2. coriander leaves, cucumber, salt and pepper. Fry the mustard seeds in oil and add to the mixture. Serve.
