  2. Yoghurt 1 cup

  3. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp.

  4. Lemon juice 1 tbsp.

  5. Chilli Powder 2 tsp.

  6. Cumin Powder 1 tsp.

  7. Pepper Powder1 tsp.

  8. Salt to taste.

  1. Mix all the spices and salt in yoghurt and lemon juice 2. Prick the chicken and marinate in the yoghurt mixture for 3 hours.

  2. Thread chicken pieces into skewers, brush with oil and grill or BBQ.
