  1. Dressing:

  2. 1 (8-ounce) carton plain yogurt

  3. 1/4 cup (1 ounce) crumbled Wisconsin Blue Cheese

  4. 1 teaspoon granulated sugar

  5. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  6. 1/2 teaspoon celery seed

  7. 1/4 teaspoon dried basil leaves Salad:

  8. 4 cups torn iceberg lettuce

  9. 2 cups fresh torn spinach

  10. 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms

  11. 1 cup red onion rings

  12. 1 medium tomato, diced

  1. For Dressing: Combine yogurt, blue cheese, sugar, salt, celery seed and basil. Cover and chill.

  2. For Salad: Combine salad ingredients; cover and chill.

  3. Just before serving, pour dressing over greens and toss lightly.
