  2. EASY MINI-SALMON BURGERS

  7. 7 1/2 oz Salmon, canned

  8. 4 oz Saltines, finely crushed

  9. 1 Onion, finely diced

  10. 1 Egg

  11. 1 tb Lemon juice

  12. 2 ts Dill

  13. 2 ts Pepper

  14. Trim canned salmon of large bones and skin as desired.

  15. Mix well with other ingredients, except oil. Form into 3 x 1/2 patties and fry lightly in oil until golden

  16. brown. Makes approximately 12 mini- salmon burgers.

  17. 4 as an appetizer or 2 as a main course.
