  1. 2 tablespoons 30ml Salt

  2. 1 teaspoon 5ml Black pepper - fresh ground

  3. 1 teaspoon 5ml Lemon pepper

  4. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Cayenne pepper

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dry mustard

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Brown sugar

  7. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Garlic powder

  8. 1 Cinnamon

  9. 1 Accent or MSG - if desired

  1. In a small bowl or glass jar with a lid, combine all the ingredients. Stir or shake to mix. Use immediately or store in a cool, dark place for several months.
