  1. 1 small red onion , finely chopped

  2. 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar

  3. 1/4 cup caper s, drained

  4. 1 T dried oregano

  5. 3 cloves minced garlic

  6. Steak

  7. s/p to taste

  1. Season steaks with salt and pepper. Prick steaks with a fork.

  2. Combine marinade ingredients well in a large Ziplock bag.

  3. Reserve approximately one quarter of the marinade.

  4. Put steaks into the bag and marinate at least one hour.

  5. Grill or broil the steaks to medium rare and serve with reserved marinade.
