  2. 1 pound fresh cranberries, finely ground in a food processor 1 1/3 cups sugar

  3. 2 cups red grapes, halved and seeded

  4. 18 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained

  5. 8 ounces mini marshmallows

  6. 1 cup heavy or whipping cream

  7. 3 ounces cream cheese, softened

  8. 1 cup chopped walnuts

  1. Combine cranberries and sugar in a large bowl and mix well. Refrigerate overnight. Mix in grapes, pineapple and marshmallows. Beat cream to stiff peaks. Blend in cream cheese until well mixed. Fold into berry mixture along with walnuts. Serve cold.
