  1. Scalloped Corn

  2. 1 egg

  3. 2 TBS sugar

  4. 1/2 c. coarsely crushed saltine crackers

  5. 1 c. milk

  6. salt & pepper to taste

  7. 1 can cream corn

  8. 350 F for hour, or until center is no longer runny. This comes out like a

  9. corn pudding and is one of my favorites.
