  1. 1 cup granola

  2. 3/4 cup sour cream

  3. 1 cup flour

  4. 3/4 tsp. baking soda

  5. 3/4 tsp. baking powder

  6. 1/2 tsp. salt

  7. 1/2 tsp. ground mace

  8. 1/2 cup butter, softened

  9. 1/2 cup sugar

  10. 3 eggs

  11. 1/2 cup brown sugar

  12. 1/2 cup chopped roasted peanuts

  13. 2 tbsp. sour cream

  14. 1/2 tsp. cinnamon One

  15. 6 oz. package butterscotch morsels

  1. In a large bowl, combine the granola and sour cream; let stand 15 minutes to allow cereal to soften. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and mace; set aside. Beat butter, sugar and eggs into granola and sour cream mixture. Stir in flour mixture and set aside while you prepare filling. To make the filling: combine sugar, peanuts, sour cream and cinnamon in a small bowl; mix well. Spread half granola batter into greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Dot half the filling over batter. Sprinkle butterscotch morsels over filling. Cover with remaining batter and top with remaining filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Loosen edges. Cool cake completely; remove from pan. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
