  1. 1 1/2 cups heavy cream

  2. 1 cup half and half 1 cup whole milk

  3. 2 large eggs

  4. 1/2 tsp nutmeg

  5. 1/2 Tbs kosher salt

  6. 1/4 tsp white pepper

  7. 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  8. 1 1/2 cups shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese

  9. 1 1/2 cup shredded monteray jack cheese

  10. 4 oz cream cheese cubed

  1. Cook macaronic al dente, and drain.

  2. Toss in some olive oil Mix , eggs, cream, milk, seasonings together Stir in cheeses and macaroni well.

  3. Spread mixture in pan.

  4. Place the cubes of cream cheese on top.

  5. Bake 350 oven 5 minutes, Carefully spread melted cream cheese over top.

  6. Bake about 40 to 45 minutes until hot and bubbly.

  7. Place under broiler( 3 inches from heat ) about 2 minutes to brown top Let stand 10 minutes and up to 20 minutes before serving
