  4. 1 tb Oriental sesame oil

  5. 2 ts Minced peeled fresh ginger

  6. 2 ea Garlic cloves, minced

  7. 1 ts Sugar

  8. 1/4 ts Dried crushed red pepper

  9. 2 ea Green onions, thinly sliced

  10. 1 ea Carrot, peeled, shredded

  11. 1/2 ea Cucumber

  12. peeled, seeded, chopped

  13. 1/4 c Chopped fresh cilantro

  1. [Asian accents make this a perfect partner for Japanese noodles, such as udon (use about 12 ounces, dry weight).

  2. Serve the finished pasta well chilled.
