  1. 1 1/2 pounds ground beef

  2. 3 slices bacon -- diced

  3. 1 small onion -- diced

  4. 2 tablespoons flour

  5. 1/4 teaspoon paprika

  6. 1 teaspoon salt

  7. 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  8. 2 tablespoons dry red wine

  9. 1 cup sour cream

  10. 6 hamburger buns -- toasted & buttered (6 to 8)

  1. Preparation : In large skillet, brown beef and bacon until no longer pink. Drain. In crock pot, mix together drained beef, bacon, onion, flour, paprika and salt=2E Stir in undiluted soup and wine. Cover pot and cook on Low for 4-5 hours. Stir in sour cream. Spoon mixture over toasted buns.
