  1. 2 sq unsweetened chocolate -- (1 oz. each)

  2. 1 can sweetened condensed milk -- (14 oz.)

  3. 1 dash salt

  4. 1 tablespoon water

  5. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

  1. Preparation : In heavy saucepan, over medium heat, melt chocolate with milk and salt. Cook stirring until mixture thickens, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in water; cool. Stir in vanilla. Use to frost a two layer cake or one 13 x 9 cake. Store at room temperature.
