  3. 2/3 cup chopped onion

  4. 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper

  5. 4 cloves garlic -- minced

  6. 1 8 oz can tomato sauce

  7. 1/4 cup ketchup

  8. 1 teaspoon sugar

  9. 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano

  10. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  11. 1 8 oz pkg light cream cheese -- softened

  12. 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

  13. baked tortilla chips

  14. or reduced-fat crackers

  1. In a large skillet, cook beef, onion, green pepper, and garlic until meat is browned. Drain. Add the tomato sauce, ketchup, sugar, oregano and pepper; simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in cheeses until melted. Transfer to a fondue pot or chafing dish; serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers. Serving Size: 3 tablespoons.
