  1. 6-8 pieces of chicken (breasts , legs, thighs) (use bones & skin)

  2. 1 (14 1/2) can diced or chopped tomatoes

  3. 1/3 cup ketchup

  4. 1/4 cup red wine vinegar

  5. 3 heaping tablespoons of brown sugar

  6. 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce

  7. 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

  8. 2 tbsp lemon juice

  9. Salt & pepper

  10. 1 tbsp smoke flavor paprika

  11. 1/2 tsp thyme

  12. 1/2 tsp basil

  13. dash red pepper flakes

  14. 1 tsp liquid smoke

  15. 1 red pepper chopped

  16. 2 large onion sliced

  1. Brown chicken in frying pan and remove, put in crock pot

  2. Add vegetables

  3. In large bowl, mix all liquid and seasonings and blend well

  4. Pour over chicken

  5. Cook on high for 1 hours and then lower to "Low" and continue cooking for atleast 6 hours,
