    2. 12 oysters

    3. 1/2 tablespoon flour

    4. 2 tablespoons butter

    5. 1 cup cream

    6. 6 eggs

    7. Salt and pepper

    2. Make a sauce from the flour, butter, and cream.

    3. Add the well-beaten eggs, season with salt and pepper, stir in the oysters and cook as a plain omelet .
