  1. 8 oz. eating apples, cored and chopped

  2. 4 oz. celery, thinly sliced

  3. 2 tbsp. lemon juice

  4. 3 tbsp. vegetable oil

  5. 1/2 to 3/4 tsp. curry powder

  6. 3 tbsp. natural yogurt

  7. Salt and pepper to taste

  8. 3 oz. Cheddar cheese, diced sm.

  1. Combine apple and celery in serving bowl. Stir together lemon juice, vegetable oil, curry powder, and yogurt. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour over apples and celery. Stir in cheese cubes, if desired. Serves 4.
