  1. 3 tbsp butter

  2. 3 tbsp flour

  3. 1/2 tsp paprika

  4. 1/4 tsp salt

  5. 1/4 tsp basil

  6. 1/4 tsp oregano

  7. 1 1/2 cups milk

  8. 1 cup shredded swiss cheese

  9. 1/4 cup dry white wine

  10. 1 lb cooked large shrimp

  11. 2 cups canned drained artichoke hearts (not marinated)

  12. fettucine

  1. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter

  2. Stir in flour, paprika, salt, basil and oregano

  3. Add milk and cook til thickened

  4. Add Cheese

  5. Stir til melted

  6. Add wine

  7. Add shrimp and artichoke hearts and cook until heated through

  8. Serve over fettucine
