  6. 2 Eggs

  7. 1/2 ts Nutmeg

  8. 6 tb Milk

  9. 2 c Flour

  10. 2 ts Baking powder

  11. 1/2 ts Salt

  12. 1/2 c Oleo; melted

  13. 2 ts Cinnamon

  14. 1/2 c Sugar

  15. --Topping--

  16. Oleo; melted

  17. Sugar

  18. Cinnamon

  19. Cream shortening and sugar until light and fluffy. Add unbeaten eggs,

  20. beat

  21. thoroughly. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg and add to

  22. first

  23. mixture alternately with milk. Drop batter into well-greased muffin

  24. tins.

  25. 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from pans. While still warm

  26. dip

  27. into melted oleo and roll in cinnamon and sugar.
