  1. 1 1/2 c Graham cracker crumbs

  2. 1/3 c Butter or margarine, melted

  3. Filling:

  4. 1 pk (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

  5. 1/4 c Sugar

  6. 2 tb Milk

  7. 3 1/2 c Non-dairy whipped topping

  8. 2 pt Fresh or frozen blueberries

  9. 3 1/2 c Cold milk

  10. 2 pk (4 serving size) vanilla

  11. instant pudding

  1. Servings: 16 Crust: For crust, combine crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and melted butter.

  2. Press firmly into bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan.

  3. Chill.

  4. For filling, beat cream cheese with 1/4 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons milk until smooth.

  5. Fold in half of the whipped topping.

  6. Spread over crust.

  7. Arrange blueberries in an even layer over cheese mixture.

  8. Using 3 1/2 cups cold milk, prepare pudding as directed on package.

  9. Pour over berries.

  10. Chill several hours or overnight.

  11. Shortly before serving, spread remaining whipped topping over pudding.

  12. Garnish with additional blueberries or coconut, if desired.

  13. Chill.
