  1. 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

  2. 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

  3. 1 cup sour cream

  4. 4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

  1. Place chicken in a slow cooker. Combine soup and sour cream; pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until chicken is tender. Sprinkle with bacon.
