  1. Parsnips

  2. 8 parsnips or more

  3. 1 dessertspoon flour

  4. 1 Tsp curry powder or more

  5. 3 eggs

  6. salt and pepper little melted butter

  7. Cook parsnips and put through sieve. Add flour, curry powder, salt

  8. and pepper, well beaten eggs and butter. When mixture is smooth,

  9. drop spoonfull into very hot butter and fry light brown, turning

  10. once. Can be served with rice and hot brown gravy.
