  1. 6 large russet potato es, sliced thinly

  2. 3 Tbs butter , unsalted

  3. 1 tsp salt

  4. 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese

  5. 1/2 cup Panko

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray Pam in the bottom of a 9“X13” baking dish. Layer potatoes, dot with butter and sprinkle with cheese. Repeat layering until filling the baking dish. Sprinkle the Panko over the top. Cover with foil and bake for 20’, uncover and bake and additional 15’ until potatoes are tender.
