  1. 1/2 cup sugar

  2. 2 tablespoons water

  3. 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  4. 2 large bananas -- peeled cut in -- 1/2-inch slices

  5. 1 pinr fat-free vanilla frozen yogurt

  6. 1/2 cup pecan halves -- toasted

  1. Preparation : Combinr first 3 ingredients in medium skillet. Stir over low heat until sugar disslves. Increase heat and boil with stirring until syrup turns deep amber, occasionally brushing down sides of skillet, about 7 minutes. Remove from heat. Add banana slices and stir gently to coat with caramel. Cool 5 minutes. Divide caramelized bananas anong 4 shallow dowls. Top with a scoop of frozen yogurt. Sprinkle with pecans and serve immediately.
