  1. 1/4 c Soy sauce

  2. 2 tb Rice Wine Vinegar

  3. 1 ts Sugar

  4. 1 Clove garlic, chopped

  5. Slivers of ginger and green Onion 1/4 ts Of crushed chili peppers

  6. *OR* 1/4 cup oriental hot chili

  7. Oil Mix all ingredients. Let sit for 30 minutes. Serve.
