  2. 2 Cups Self-Raising Flour

  3. 1 Cup Caster Sugar

  4. 1/4 Cup Soft Brown Sugar

  5. 5 Tablespoons Soft Butter

  6. 4 Tablespoons Cocoa

  7. 1 Cup Milk

  8. 1 Egg

  9. 250 grams Mini Marshmallows

  10. 150 grams Nestle Melts

  11. 150 grams Crushed Peanuts

  12. 1 Teaspoon Bi-Carb Soda

  13. 1 Teaspoon Vanilla

  14. Icing / Middle

  15. 1 1/2 Cups Icing Sugar

  16. 3 Tablespoons Butter

  17. 2 Tablespoons Cocoa

  18. 250 grams Marshmallows (Regular)

  1. * Mix all cake ingredients in a large bowl for 2 – 3 minutes.

  2. * Divide cake mix between two 17 cm greased cake tins.

  3. * Bake in a moderate oven for 25 – 30 minutes.

  4. * When cool, turn out onto cake rack.

  5. * Spread roughly 1/4 cup of Icing onto the bottom of 1 half, and 1/4 cup icing onto the top of the other.

  6. * Place the regular marshmallows upwards on the iced top, and place the other half on top.

  7. * Spread the rest of the icing on top of the cake, and dust with Icing Sugar.

  8. Icing:

  9. Mix all Icing ingredients except marshmallows until smooth.
