  8. 1/2 c MILNOT

  9. 1 c Sugar

  10. 1 tb Margarine

  11. 1/2 c Brown sugar

  12. Cook over high heat until sugar dissolves and mixture boils. Stir

  13. constantly. Lower heat and continue stirring until it reaches 234 degrees.

  14. Remove from heat. Add pecans. Stir by hand until mixture begins to thicken
