  1. 1/2 cup chopped onion or one small onion

  2. 4 tablespoons butter

  3. 12 to 16 ounces cooked broccoli (you can use frozen or steam fresh)

  4. 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup

  5. 1/8 cup water

  6. 1/4 cup milk

  7. 1/2 cup Velveeta cheese

  8. 2 cups of cooked rice

  1. Chop onion fine, and cook in butter until the onions are transparent. Then mix everything together and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
