  1. 1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed*

  2. 1/4 cup vegetable oil

  3. 4 teaspoons grated lemon peel

  4. 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

  5. 3 tablespoons Equal Spoonful**

  6. 1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning

  1. Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Pour over pork or fish in glass container or resealable plastic bag. Refrigerate up to 4 hours, turning occasionally.

  2. Drain pork or fish. Grill, brushing with additional marinade as it cooks. Discard any remaining used marinade.
