  1. Cook steak in a heavy pan to own preference. Remove steak from pan, leaving juices in frying pan.

  2. Add cream with garlic and mix. Add Worcestershire sauce and stir until mixture turns a darkish colour.

  3. Simmer for 15 minutes and adjust seasoning as required.

  4. Add cooked steak to pan and coat it with sauce.
