  7. 1 c Semi-sweet chocolate ships

  8. 1 1/4 c Graham-cracker crumbs

  9. 1/4 c Butter, melted

  10. 3/4 c Sugar

  11. 1 t Vanilla extract

  12. 1/2 c Sugar

  13. 2 tb Sugar

  14. 2 pk Cream cheese, soft

  15. 8 oz size

  16. 1/2 c Sour cream

  17. 4 Eggs

  18. 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees 2. Combine over hot

  19. (not boiling) water, chocolate chips and 1/2 cup

  20. sugar; heat until chips melt and mixture is smooth.

  21. Remove from heat;

  22. set aside. 3. In small bowl, combine graham-cracker

  23. crumbs, 2 tablespoons sugar and melted butter; mix well. Pat firmly into 9 springform pan, covering

  24. 1//2 inch up sides; set aside.

  25. 4. In

  26. large bowl, beat cream cheese until light and creamy.

  27. Gradually beat

  28. in 3/4 cup sugar. Mix sour cream and vanilla

  29. extract. Add egge, one at

  30. a time, beating well after each addition. Divide

  31. batter in half. Stir

  32. melted chocolate mixture into first half. Pour into crumb-lined pan;

  33. cover with plain batter. With knife, swirl plain

  34. batter with chocolate

  35. 5. Bake for 50 minutes or until only 2-3 inch circle in center will shake.
